Hi, I'm Suzanne, I am a journalist, author and your Personal Expressive Writing Coach. I help people go from anxious, depressed or overwhelmed to peaceful, lighter and released so they can improve their relationships, emotional regulation and feel completely confident in who they are. I have been practising expressive writing for more than 18 years, and I have seen its power in my own life. I have also been conducting workshops with hundreds of people and have seen the transformative power through the experiences of people in these sessions.
I have created the Expressive Writing for Healing Online course, for anyone, not just for people who writers but for people who want to be free from their worries or concerns. This is why I designed a 6 module course that takes the participant through a journey of self-discovery and release.

1. Introduction to Writing for Healing -Expressive Writing
Welcome to my course! I am happy to see you! This session we will talk about how I discovered expressive writing therapy, what it is, the benefits, research and do some exercises to start.
2. Discover yourself through Journal, Memoir & Free Writing
This session will go through some simple techniques that will help you to discover more from the depths of who you are, where you want to go, and how you want to get there.
3. Using Poetry to free and express yourself
This session will look at how we can use poetry for therapeutic and healing.
4. Reflective Writing for Self Examination
How can we use reflective writing to uncover more truths within? We will discuss about this, in this week's session.
5. Unlocking the Secrets of Metaphor
How can we use metaphor to uncover inner beliefs. fears, hang-ups, past trauma, revealing these things to ourselves.
6. Writing in Groups
This session we wrap up all of the content we have covered. We can share any reflections here about our experiences. Congratulations on finishing the course and some references, books, websites for future reference.
7. Celebration of Progress
This session we will reflect and wrap up what we have done. You will receive your certificates and celebrate everything you have achieved in the course.
